The vinification in steel was carefully chosen to preserve the genuine and spontaneous character of the grapes, giving life to a Chianti of extraordinary quality.
This wine presents a fascinating ruby red color of medium intensity, which reflects its authentic character. As for the scent, it offers intense and inviting aromas of ripe cherries, berries, anise and nuances of spices.
On the palate, it reveals a pleasantly savory and elegant red. Memories of raspberry jam and light notes of aromatic herbs emerge; all this is perfectly balanced by velvety and well-ripe tannins, which give the wine a balanced structure.
