The Chinon Reserve Privee Millesime Exceptionel by Marc Bredif is an oenological jewel that enhances the excellence of the wines of the Loire Valley, in France. Produced in the historic appellation of Chinon, this wine is a masterful exemplification of Cabernet Franc, a vine that finds one of its most refined and characteristic expressions here.

In the expert hands of the Marc Bredif winery, known for its dedication to quality and attention to detail, Cabernet Franc reveals a dimension of surprising elegance and complexity. The grapes, selected from the best vineyard plots with a privileged position, benefit from an ideal microclimate which favors slow and uniform maturation, giving the wine aromatic intensity and a balanced tannic structure.

The carefully managed aging in French oak barriques embellishes the wine with nuances of sweet spices, vanilla and subtle toasted notes, which blend harmoniously with the primary bouquet of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, and hints of green pepper, aromatic herbs and a typical mineral vein.

In the mouth, the Chinon Reserve Privee Millesime Exceptionel stands out for its elegance, with silky tannins that envelop the palate in a fabric of rich flavors and remarkable persistence. The balance between lively acidity and full body makes this wine extremely pleasant to drink at a young age, while possessing considerable aging potential that allows you to appreciate its evolution over time.

Ideal in combination with delicate meat dishes, roast poultry, medium-aged cheeses and mushroom-based preparations, Marc Bredif's Chinon Reserve Privee Millesime Exceptionel is an excellent choice for those looking for a wine that combines tradition and innovation, offering high level tasting experience and fully representative of the Chinon terroir.
