Tenuta Ulisse presents this Cococciola IGT, a white wine that highlights the characteristics of the eponymous grape. Pale straw in color, the bouquet shows delicate floral notes and hints of ripe citrus, accompanied by a touch of fresh herbs. On the palate it displays a balance between freshness and substance, with a soft texture and a saline note that supports the finish without excess. It is not a wine that aims for power, but for aromatic clarity and everyday drinkability.

It is recommended to serve it chilled, in not overly large tulip glasses, to appreciate its more delicate aromas. It pairs gently with fish dishes, shellfish, light soups, and preparations with summer vegetables; it also works with antipasti and fresh cheeses. For those wishing to cellar it, choose stable cellar conditions and consume within a few years to maintain primary freshness. Technical and production information is provided by the producer; for details on vintages and aging conditions consult the label or the seller.
