The Coda di Volpe Irpinia DOC del Nonno, produced by Cantine dell'Angelo, is a white wine that embodies the essence of the Irpinia territory, rich in tradition and character. Made from the homonymous native grape variety, this label stands out for its freshness and lightness typical of the variety, but with a rounder and more complex structure thanks to volcanic origin soils that impart minerality and depth.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it opens with fruity notes of green apple, peach, and a delicate floral hint. The palate confirms the lively acidity, balanced by a pleasant softness and a savory finish that invites another sip. The aging in steel preserves the freshness and primary aromas of the grape.

Perfect as an accompaniment to seafood appetizers, delicate first courses, or fresh cheeses, the Coda di Volpe Irpinia DOC del Nonno offers an authentic and refined experience of Campanian wine production.
