The Greco di Tufo Riserva DOCG Miniere from Cantine dell' Angelo is born in the heart of Irpinia, one of the most renowned areas of Campania, famous for its volcanic-origin soils that give mineral notes and freshness to the wine.

Made with 100% Greco grapes, this white stands out for its extended aging that highlights complexity and structure. The process involves maturation in steel tanks and a subsequent bottle aging, which provides persistence and softness without sacrificing the typical vitality of the grape variety.

In the glass, it shows an intense golden color, while on the nose it releases floral notes, scents of ripe yellow fruit, and a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is enveloping, balanced, with a pleasant freshness that invites drinking. Ideal paired with structured fish dishes, white meats, and blue cheeses, it is a refined example of Campanian excellence.

Production philosophy
Low-impact production with a strong focus on soil health: hand-harvesting, individual selection, gentle pressing, and low-temperature fermentations in stainless steel to preserve varietal aromas and the mineral character of the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate's vineyard is located in the municipality of Tufo, on hilly terrain above ancient sulfur mines. The area falls within the Greco di Tufo appellation and has volcanic soils rich in mineral components.
