The Hine cellar is renowned for its meticulous care in the selection of grapes and distillation, which takes place directly within the Grande Champagne area, known for its exceptional ability to produce grapes with high acidity and great aromatic potential.
This cognac is distinguished by its bright amber color, with golden highlights that invite tasting. On the nose, the Hine Domaines Bonneuil 2012 Cognac offers a rich bouquet of aromas such as vanilla, toasted oak, and candied fruit, with a slight trace of white flowers that adds an enveloping dimension. On the palate, it is balanced and complex, with a delightful fusion of flavors of ripe fruit, dark chocolate, and spices, culminating in a long and satisfying finish that evokes the quality of the limestone soil from which the grapes originate.
