The Collio Friulano DOC - Vigna del Lauro is a white wine that expresses the elegance and finesse of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. This wine is made from Friulano grapes, formerly known as Tocai Friulano, which are typical of the Collio area, renowned for its marl soil and ideal climate for viticulture.

In appearance, the Collio Friulano from Vigna del Lauro displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clear and bright. On the nose, it opens with a delicate yet complex bouquet, where aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and floral notes are intertwined with a light touch of almond. On the palate, the wine is fresh, harmonious, and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its freshness and a slightly bitter aftertaste characteristic of the Friulano grape.

The Collio Friulano DOC - Vigna del Lauro pairs wonderfully with seafood starters, light first courses such as seafood risottos or vegetable soups. It is also the ideal companion for baked or grilled fish dishes.

This wine represents an excellent example of the viticultural heritage of Friuli, offering a tasting experience that reflects the quality and tradition of the region. Serve chilled at about 10-12°C to fully appreciate its qualities. Its structure and elegance also make it suitable for aging a few years.
