The Collio Pinot Grigio DOC from Vigna del Lauro embodies the quintessence of Friulian viticulture, a true gem for white wine lovers. Produced in one of the most prestigious areas for Pinot Grigio cultivation, this wine expresses refined elegance and complexity that amazes with every sip.

On the nose, the Collio Pinot Grigio DOC opens with delicate aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and subtle floral notes of jasmine. On the palate, the entry is fresh and harmonious, a perfect balance between acidity and structure that results in a creamy and enveloping sip. Hints of green apple and a slight minerality weave through the taste sensations, leaving a persistent and refreshing aftertaste.

The winemaking process is meticulously carried out, starting with the selection of grapes, handpicked to ensure their integrity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by a short period of maturation on the fine lees to enhance the wine’s complexity and structure.

This Pinot Grigio is an ideal pairing for flavorful fish dishes, such as grilled calamari or baked sea bass, but it is also excellent on its own as an aperitif. Serve chilled, ideally between 10 and 12°C, to appreciate all its nuances.

Vigna del Lauro, with its historic dedication and innovation, delivers a wine that not only represents the Collio terroir but also celebrates the art of winemaking in one of its highest expressions. The Collio Pinot Grigio DOC is not just a glass of wine, but a true sensory experience that leaves an indelible mark.
