This Franciacorta Conte Aymo from Tenuta Montenisa, presented in magnum format in the Marchese Antinori-signed wooden case, offers an elegant and measured tasting profile. In the glass it shows fine bubbles and a delicate mousse, a balance between vibrant freshness and good structure; the aromas recall ripe citrus, white flowers and light notes of toasted bread and almond, without excess. The palate is dry, savory, with a soft texture that supports a pleasant persistence and a consistent aromatic return.

The magnum format slows down evolution and provides a more harmonious development, ideal for convivial moments or as an important gift in the elegant wooden case. Serve chilled but not ice-cold; pairs with seafood starters, oven-baked fish dishes, shellfish, but is also suited to delicate poultry preparations and fresh cheeses. Perfect for toasts and occasions that call for a refined fizz without ostentation; a Franciacorta to choose when seeking pleasure, balance and a pleasing length on the palate.
