The Cornalin Valle d'Aosta DOP 2025 from Rosset shows a fragrant, straightforward profile. With a clear ruby colour, the nose recalls small red fruits, violet and light earthy hints that reflect the mountainous setting of the Valle d'Aosta. On the palate it is slim, with fine tannins and a pleasant acidity that gives freshness; the progression is linear and clean, with fruity returns and a saline finish that invites another sip. The overall impression is measured and not overloaded, suited to those seeking a territorial wine with immediate drinkability.

It is best served at a moderate temperature (around 14–16 °C) and pairs evenly with regional dishes, poultry, delicate cured meats, fresh cheeses and simple pasta. It is intended for everyday drinking: thanks to its liveliness it pairs easily with rustic preparations and seasonal dishes. The format offered by Rosset is ideal for those who want an authentic wine with an evident link to the alpine territory.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognitions
