The Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru from Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine is a white wine of exceptional refinement and complexity. Originating from the renowned vineyards of Burgundy, this Grand Cru is known for its extraordinary expression of the unique terroir of Corton Charlemagne. The wine presents a bright golden color and offers an intriguing bouquet of aromas: from crystalline lemon to green apple, with nuances of flint and vanilla, due to its aging in oak barrels. On the palate, the wine reveals wonderful acidity and minerality, with a full body that persists in a long and rewarding finish. This wine is already a pleasure to taste now but also has great aging potential, promising to develop further aromatic nuances over the years. An excellent example of Chardonnay, ideal for special occasions or as a prestigious gift for true connoisseurs.

Winery history
Family-run for generations, the property is today led by Christine Gruère-Dubreuil together with her daughter Clémentine. Trade and import sources report that the domaine has historical roots dating back to the late 19th century and, over time, has consolidated holdings and parcels in the communes of Pernand-Vergelesses and other villages of the Côte de Beaune.
Production philosophy
The domaine prioritizes an approach focused on expressing the purity of the terroir: environmentally respectful cultivation practices, hand harvesting, careful grape selection and low-intervention winemaking to preserve the terroir’s transparency and authenticity. Aging combines stainless steel and wooden barrels with varying proportions of new wood depending on the appellation.

Located in Pernand-Vergelesses, at the meeting point of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the estate's vineyards extend across parcels and appellations of the Côte de Beaune, including Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pommard, Beaune and Volnay.
