Discover the elegance of Coteaux Vendômois Rouge Pierre François by Patrice Colin, a distinctive red wine that encapsulates the essence of the Loire Valley terroir. Produced in the renowned vineyards of Patrice Colin, this cuvée harnesses selected grapes of Pinot Noir and Pineau d'Aunis, whose roots intertwine deeply with the rich and varied soil of this region.

Velvety on the palate, Pierre François offers an aromatic bouquet that dances between notes of ripe red fruits, subtle spices, and a touch of pepper, inherited from the characteristic liveliness of Pineau d'Aunis. The influence of Pinot Noir is evident in the balanced structure and the elegant tannin that gently embraces the palate, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish.

Ideal as a companion to robust dishes such as roasted meats or aged cheeses, this wine is also sublime when tasted on its own, allowing for full appreciation of its complexity and finesse. Prefer a serving temperature between 16-18°C to bring out all its nuances.

A true expression of craftsmanship and passion, Coteaux Vendômois Rouge Pierre François by Patrice Colin is a masterpiece that tells stories of land, tradition, and winemaking dedication. Each sip is an invitation to explore the deep connections between nature and the winemaker.
