In the heart of Burgundy, a region renowned for its exceptional wines, Chartron et Trébuchet winery stands out for producing high-quality sparkling wines. The Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Millesimé Extra Brut is a representative example of the excellence of this winery, offering a refined and elegant tasting experience.

This Cremant de Bourgogne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, handpicked from the best plots of the region. The vintage indicates that all the grapes used come from the same exceptional year, ensuring a level of quality and a unique character. The Extra Brut methodology, with a very low content of residual sugar, enhances the purity and finesse of the fruit.

On the nose, Chartron et Trébuchet's Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Millesimé Extra Brut reveals subtle notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as peach and melon, enriched by a delicate mineral streak. On the palate, the attack is lively yet balanced, with an elegant and persistent mousse that leads into a complex aromatic range, where hints of citrus, green apple, and fresh yeast are recognized.

The long persistence and freshness make this sparkling wine suitable not only as a refined aperitif but also paired with delicate fish dishes, seafood, or as the ideal companion for a festive banquet.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C to best appreciate its qualities. This crémant not only celebrates the winemaking tradition of Burgundy but also offers a tasting experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Winery history
Founded in 1984 by Jean‑René Chartron and Louis Trébuchet in Puligny‑Montrachet. In 2016 the house was acquired and revitalised under Maison François Martenot (Helfrich / Les Grands Chais de France) with investments to modernise vinification and ageing.
Production philosophy
Strict selection of parcels and growers, parcel-based vinifications, measured cellar intervention, controlled oak ageing and techniques aimed at expressing Burgundy terroir; low dosage on the crémants.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Côte de Beaune; historically in the 'golden triangle' Meursault–Puligny‑Montrachet–Chassagne‑Montrachet. The label works appellations from the Côte de Beaune up to Chablis and neighbouring areas of Greater Burgundy.
