Pairing Fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses
The 2015 vintage of Curtefranca from Ca' Del Bosco offers aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit and ripe citrus, with light herbal nuances and a hint of almond that makes the bouquet distinctive without being intrusive. The palate has good texture, medium-full and well balanced between softness and freshness; sapidity remains present and gives a pleasant persistence, while the overall elegance invites measured but rewarding drinking.

The magnum format, packaged in a wooden case, enhances the wine both for storage and as a bottle to share on important occasions. Serve slightly chilled and it pairs excellently with structured fish dishes, flavorful risottos, white meats and medium-aged cheeses; it is a solid choice for those seeking a full-bodied white with personality and the ability to accompany the table without sacrificing finesse.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
