The Curtefranca DOC Corte del Lupo Bianco 2020 from Ca' Del Bosco, presented in the Imperiale Cassa Legno packaging, displays a composed and restrained profile. In the glass it shows a clear straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. On the nose it offers impressions of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and subtle mineral notes, with a hint of dried fruit. The body is medium, with balanced acidity and a compact flavor structure; the finish is clean and persistent without excess.

It lends itself to versatile pairings: seafood and land-based appetizers, first courses featuring fish, simply prepared white meats and fresh to semi-mature cheeses. Ideal as a wine to sip for modest aperitifs or to accompany a formal lunch; serve at around 10–12 °C in tulip-shaped glasses that are not too large to enhance its aromas. This is a wine that favors finesse over power, suited to those seeking balance and precision.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
