The Curtefranca DOC Corte del Lupo Bianco 2025 from Ca' Del Bosco shows a bright straw colour with slight green reflections that highlight its youth. On the nose it offers a fragrant, well-balanced profile with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light floral hints; the overall impression remains clean and inviting, without excesses. On the palate it is immediately accessible, supported by a good acidity that gives freshness and drive; the finish is pleasantly dry and leaves a slightly savory return that encourages a second sip.

This is a white to be enjoyed young, suitable with seafood starters, delicate fish dishes, grilled vegetables and light preparations. Serve chilled but not ice-cold, around 8–10°C, to better appreciate its aromas and balance. The boxed presentation also makes it a practical choice for a gift or to be stored carefully until opening.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
