In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and an immediate aromatic profile: notes of white flowers, green apple and a slight hint of Mediterranean herbs that do not overpower the drinking. It’s a wine with clean lines, balanced between freshness and a discreet softness; the acidity keeps the sip lively and aids drinkability, while a subtle salinity caresses the palate and prolongs the finish. The structure remains light but well defined, with a dry finish that invites a second glass without weighing you down.

Suitable for everyday drinking, it also pairs well with simple, well-characterised dishes: seafood starters, summer salads, first courses based on vegetables or grilled fish. Serve cool, not ice-cold, to appreciate its aromatic finesse and the pleasant mid-palate; a temperature around 8–10 °C brings out its best. A label that offers immediacy without excess, ideal for those seeking a straightforward, versatile white, ready to drink and able to support informal meals without losing personality.
