The Da-Di Bianco Toscana IGT from Avignonesi winery represents a vivid and refreshing expression of organic Tuscan viticulture. This distinctively produced white wine derives its name from the terracotta containers, "Da-Di" in Chinese, used during the winemaking process, thus embracing an ancient practice that emphasizes the purity and authenticity of the product.

Originating from the lush Tuscan hills, Da-Di Bianco is primarily made from Viognier grapes, which give the wine an intensely aromatic and complex structure. Amphora vinification helps preserve the natural aromas of the grape variety, resulting in a wine that displays a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, peach, and subtle notes of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, Da-Di Bianco reveals itself to be balanced and fresh. Its well-integrated acidity is accompanied by a soft and enveloping texture, with an aftertaste that brings out mineral nuances and a light spiciness, a testimony to the uniqueness of the Tuscan terroir and the natural winemaking philosophy of Avignonesi winery.

Ideal as an aperitif, this white pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. It is also delicious when accompanied by vegetarian dishes that highlight ingredients like asparagus and artichokes.

Rich in history and winemaking passion, Da-Di Bianco Toscana IGT is not just a wine, but a sensory experience that encapsulates the essence of a more authentic and natural Tuscany. A true gem for enthusiasts of wines produced with ancestral methods, yet always with an eye towards innovation and sustainability.
