Carpendu di Marolo is an apple distillate that surprises with aromatic freshness and a clean sip. On the nose it opens with memories of fresh apple and delicate floral notes, supported by a straightforward but unobtrusive fruity character. The intensity is measured: it leaves room for nuances of flesh and peel, with a well-balanced natural sweetness that doesn’t weigh it down. Overall it offers an immediate balance between aromatic finesse and alcoholic vigor, resulting elegant without feeling contrived.

On the palate the sensation is round, with a gentle warmth that wraps the tongue without covering the fruit flavors; the structure is dry and rather focused, with good persistence. It works well as a post-meal digestif, excellent served cool but not cold, and pairs interestingly with fruit pastries, soft cheeses or even some mixology experiments for cocktails that call for clean fruity tones. A distillate to discover sip after sip.
