Dolcetto D’Alba DOC - Oriolo is born in the hills of one of the most suitable territories in Piedmont, where the Dolcetto grape variety best expresses its freshness and fruity character. This wine presents an intense ruby red color, enriched with violet reflections, which already anticipate a lively freshness on the palate. On the nose, it offers recognizable aromas of red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, accompanied by light floral hints and a delicate note of bitter almond that characterizes its elegance. The fermentation takes place in steel to preserve its natural liveliness, while the aging maintains its softness and smooth tannic structure, providing balance and a pleasant persistence. Excellent as an accompaniment to dishes of Piedmontese tradition, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, flavorful first courses, and white meats. A versatile wine that tells the story of the Alba territory with freshness.
