Prodotto con uve Nerello Mascalese e Nerello Cappuccio, questo vino incarna la tradizione vitivinicola della regione, valorizzata dalla passione e dall'attenzione della cantina Animaetnea.

All'olfatto, si apre con un bouquet complesso e avvolgente, dove si intrecciano note di frutti rossi maturi, spezie e una delicata traccia minerale che ricorda la pietra lavica. In bocca, Animardente offre una sorprendente eleganza e un equilibrio perfetto tra acidità e tannini soffici, regalando una struttura fine e persistente. Il finale lungo e armonioso lascia spazio a sentori di ciliegia, pepe nero e una nota leggermente affumicata.

Questo Etna Rosso è ideale per accompagnare piatti della tradizione siciliana, come pasta alla Norma, carni rosse alla griglia e formaggi stagionati. Animaetnea was born as a project focused on expressing the Etna terroir; multiple sources indicate that it is the Etna branch linked to the Feudo Maccari / Tenuta Sette Ponti group, with recent debuts of a series of wines that have attracted international attention.
