Animavulcano - Animaetnea offre una straordinaria espressione dell'Etna Rosso DOC, un vino che incarna l'essenza vulcanica del terroir siciliano. Vinificato principalmente da uve Nerello Mascalese, questo vino rosso rivela un legame profondo con il territorio etneo, caratterizzato da suoli vulcanici ricchi di minerali. Alla vista, si presenta con un colore rubino brillante, quasi trasparente. Al naso sprigiona un bouquet ricco e complesso di aromi che spaziano dalle note di ciliegia, melograno e fragola fino a sfumature più speziate di pepe nero e liquirizia, accompagnate da un elegante tocco minerale.

Il palato è avvolgente e ben strutturato, ma allo stesso tempo sorprendentemente fresco e scattante. I tannini sono fini e ben integrati, conferendo equilibrio e una piacevole persistenza. La mineralità percepita offre una freschezza vivace, mentre il frutto maturo e succoso dona un finale lungo e appagante.

Questo Etna Rosso è perfetto per accompagnare piatti tipici della cucina siciliana, come le paste al sugo di carne, formaggi stagionati e carni grigliate. Winery history
Animaetnea was born as a project focused on expressing the Etna terroir; multiple sources indicate that it is the Etna branch linked to the Feudo Maccari / Tenuta Sette Ponti group, with recent debuts of a series of wines that have attracted international attention. The official website and industry articles highlight historic vineyards on lava terraces in Passopisciaro and an initial production centered on four wines.
