The Fiano di Puglia IGT from Tenuta Bocca di Lupo is an organic white that naturally expresses the grape variety and the Puglia region. In the glass it shows a clear, luminous straw-yellow; on the nose it offers a composed, unobtrusive bouquet where floral hints and fruity echoes are balanced with a fresh sapidity. It is aimed at those seeking an honest, straightforward wine suitable for everyday drinking without pretension.

On the palate it is smooth with medium body, a good acidity supports the sip and leaves room for a clean finish. It pairs naturally with seafood starters, light soups, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses; it is pleasant served cool but not too cold. The estate's organic approach adds an extra reason for those who want a wine with an essential profile that respects the environment. It can also accompany grilled fish dishes or shellfish.
