The Fiano IGP Puglia from Tenuta Viglione is a white wine that highlights the eponymous grape variety grown in Puglia. Pale straw in color with bright reflections, it shows a finely fruited and floral bouquet: notes of ripe pear, white flowers and a delicate hint of fresh almond. On the nose it displays freshness and balanced minerality, with moderate intensity that makes it an immediately pleasant but not banal white.

On the palate it features good sapidity and restrained acidity that supports the fruit; the body is lean and the drinking experience smooth. Suitable as a companion for aperitifs, seafood starters, shellfish, grilled fish and vegetable-based dishes, it is also recommended for those who prefer versatile whites. It pairs well with soft cheeses and light Mediterranean preparations. Serve chilled in large glasses to appreciate the aromas; temperatures that are too low would mute the aromatic profile. A label recommended for everyday use and informal occasions.

Production philosophy
An "unhurried" approach: organic cultivation, respect for natural rhythms and attention to environmental sustainability. The estate implements practices to reduce operational impact and highlights the native varieties of the Murgia.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in the Alta Murgia between Santeramo in Colle and the Gioia del Colle area, on calcareous-clay soils and well-ventilated hills. The estate takes advantage of the area's high elevations, conditions that promote freshness and minerality in the grapes.
