Pietracupa's Fiano di Avellino IGT, one of the most renowned white wines in Campania, does not fail to demonstrate its vocation for excellence with each harvest. Impossible to resist it, if kept in the cellar it will be possible to taste it even in a few years during which it will maintain its perfection.
The production method involves a white vinification followed by aging in steel and bottle.
Straw yellow, it gives off a deep aroma of white fruit, especially peach, with a slight hint of jasmine and thyme in the background. On the palate it is fresh and gratifying, inviting each sip to the next, to then become tasty, closing with a clean finish.
It goes perfectly with an aperitif, but absolutely recommended as an accompaniment to fish-based dishes.
