On the palate, the wine is structured and well-balanced, with soft yet persistent tannins that lead to a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

Ideal as a pairing with robust dishes of red meat, game, or aged cheeses, this Teroldego Rotaliano truly expresses the characteristics of the territory from which it originates. Vinification follows traditional methods that respect and enhance the original fruit, maintaining a close connection with the cultivation land.
