The Franciacorta Brut DOCG produced by Le Vedute is one of the most refined and elegant expressions of the Brescia area, famous for the production of some of the best Italian classical method sparkling wines. This wine is made through a meticulous selection of grapes, predominantly Chardonnay, enriched by a small percentage of Pinot Noir, which adds complexity and structure to the cuvée.

The production follows the strict protocol of the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by a maturation period on the yeast for at least 24 months. This process gives the Franciacorta Brut from Le Vedute a fine and persistent texture, enriched by a bouquet of aromas ranging from tones of fresh fruit, such as citrus and green apples, to floral nuances and subtle hints of toasted bread.

The color is a bright straw yellow with very fine and persistent bubbles, a symbol of high quality. On the palate, the wine demonstrates a wonderful harmony between balanced acidity and a delicate creaminess that extends into a clean and refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Franciacorta Brut DOCG from Le Vedute also pairs beautifully with light starters, fish dishes, and seafood. Its elegance and finesse make it perfect for celebrating special occasions or to elevate an ordinary moment with a touch of class.

Each sip of this Franciacorta is a tribute to the Italian winemaking tradition, offering an unforgettable taste experience that continues to seduce demanding palates all over the world.

Winery history
Le Vedute was founded as a joint project by Graziano Manenti and Andrea Gozzini. Publicly available information indicates the winery began operating in 2015 on the slopes of Monte Orfano. Based in Rovato, the winery produces a range composed mainly of Franciacorta and two Curtefranca wines, highlighting vineyards spread across several parcels to capture the area's varied exposures.
Production philosophy
Production focused on environmental respect: organic viticultural practices, reduced herbicide use and limited mechanization; at the winery, technology is employed to enhance the grapes rather than to transform them artificially. The butterfly is used as a symbol of the elegance and delicacy of the company's approach.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in Franciacorta, on the slopes of Monte Orfano. The Franciacorta terroir and the varied exposures of the vineyards are regarded as key factors in the expression of the sparkling and still wines produced.
