The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG from Le Vedute is one of the most refined examples of Italian traditional method sparkling wine, coming from the renowned region of Lombardy. This wine has the unique characteristic of being a "Dosaggio Zero," which means that no sweetened liquid (liqueur d'expédition) is added after disgorgement, allowing the wine to express its pure essence and terroir without any alteration.

Visually, it is distinguished by its bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The bubbles are fine and persistent, creating an elegant foam crown at the edge of the glass. On the nose, the Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG offers a complex and seductive bouquet, with notes of green apple, citrus, and hints of toasted bread and almond, due to aging on the yeasts.

On the palate, its freshness is immediately evident, thanks to a lively acidity balanced by a rich and enveloping structure. The absence of added sugar amplifies the wine's mineral characteristics, leading to a clean and persistent finish that invites another sip.

This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be skillfully paired with raw fish dishes, light appetizers, or even a selection of soft cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for a special celebration, where its elegance and purity can be fully appreciated.

We recommend serving the Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG from Le Vedute well chilled, at around 6-8°C, to best enhance its aromatic and taste qualities.

Winery history
Le Vedute was founded as a joint project by Graziano Manenti and Andrea Gozzini. Publicly available information indicates the winery began operating in 2015 on the slopes of Monte Orfano. Based in Rovato, the winery produces a range composed mainly of Franciacorta and two Curtefranca wines, highlighting vineyards spread across several parcels to capture the area's varied exposures.
Production philosophy
Production focused on environmental respect: organic viticultural practices, reduced herbicide use and limited mechanization; at the winery, technology is employed to enhance the grapes rather than to transform them artificially. The butterfly is used as a symbol of the elegance and delicacy of the company's approach.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in Franciacorta, on the slopes of Monte Orfano. The Franciacorta terroir and the varied exposures of the vineyards are regarded as key factors in the expression of the sparkling and still wines produced.
