The Franciacorta Comari del Salem Extra Brut DOCG produced by the renowned Uberti winery is a label that attracts enthusiasts of refined sparkling wines. This sparkling wine comes from the prestigious Franciacorta region in Lombardy, known for producing exceptionally high-quality sparkling wines using the classic method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle.

The uniqueness of the Extra Brut lies in its extreme purity and minimal residual sugar, making it particularly suitable for those who prefer drier and more pronounced flavors. The Comari del Salem is distinguished by its complex bouquet, featuring scents of white-fleshed fruits, floral notes, and a subtle hint of yeast, resulting from a long maturation on the yeasts not less than 36 months.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a bright pale gold color, enriched by a very fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate, offering a creamy and enveloping sensation. Taste-wise, it expresses great freshness thanks to lively acidity that harmoniously balances with a robust structure. The aftertaste is long and persistent, with a return of flavors of bread crust and fresh fruit that invite another sip.

This Franciacorta Comari del Salem Extra Brut DOCG is ideal as an aperitif, but it also beautifully accompanies dishes of raw fish, light appetizers, and seafood. A true gem for lovers of brut wines who appreciate elegance, complexity, and a strong territorial identity.
