The Cuvée Prestige Rosé Edition 47 boxed by Ca' Del Bosco is a Franciacorta in a rosé expression, aimed at those seeking discreet elegance. Presented in the numbered Edition 47 box, it shows a pale pink color with slight salmon highlights. On the nose it offers a fine bouquet marked by small red fruits, delicate flowers, hints of ripe strawberry and rose petals, and a light citrus and bread‑crust note; the aromas remain composed and invite a patient approach.

On the palate it displays balance between freshness and softness, a sapid texture and a harmonious progression with a persistent finish. It is suitable for aperitif, seafood dishes, shellfish and sushi; it also pairs with light preparations of white meats and soft cheeses. Serving temperature around 8–10 °C; open shortly before consumption to better appreciate the aromas. Ideal for those looking for a characterful yet understated rosé, to give as a gift or to enjoy on intimate occasions.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
