This Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Rosé Edizione 47 from Ca' Del Bosco shows a pale pink colour with salmon reflections. On the nose it offers delicate notes of small red fruits, floral hints and a touch of citrus that balances the freshness. The aromatic profile is elegant and restrained, with a bouquet that develops slowly in the glass without becoming intrusive. The Ca' Del Bosco signature can be perceived in the care of the overall blend and in the wine's balance.

On the palate it shows a sapid, lively texture, with balanced acidity and a clean finish; persistence is measured. It works well chilled as an aperitif or paired with light dishes based on fish, shellfish, composed salads and vegetable preparations. I recommend using not-too-large glasses and keeping it at a serving temperature of around 6–8 °C. It is a suitable choice for those seeking a refined and versatile bubble to enjoy in informal occasions as well as more composed moments. It keeps well if stored in a cool, dark place.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
