This Annamaria Clementi 2016 from Ca' del Bosco presents a rich, measured profile, with an aromatic tapestry that alternates yeasty, brioche notes with citrus hints and white flowers, all supported by a subtle mineral thread. In the glass a fine effervescence is perceived that lends creaminess to the sip without weighing it down; the balance between freshness and structure is clear, with a sapidity that accompanies and lengthens the palate in an elegant, persistent way.

On the palate it reveals discreet progressions: returns of ripe fruit, notes of toasted hazelnut and a honeyed underpinning that never slips into sweetness, keeping the wine focused and vertical. It is enjoyable both on its own for important occasions and at the table with crudo and more substantial shellfish, oven-baked fish dishes or flavorful white meats; serve chilled but not ice-cold to appreciate its complexity and length.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
