The Franciacorta Rosè DOCG by Contadi Castaldi represents a sublime expression of Lombard winemaking prowess, packaged in an elegant case that highlights its prestige. This refined rosé sparkling wine is made from select Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the lush vineyards of Franciacorta, a region renowned for its oenological excellence.

The production follows the traditional method of bottle fermentation, typical of Champagne, which enriches the wine with complexity and finesse. The wine remains on its lees for at least 24 months, contributing to the development of a harmonious and well-structured bouquet, unfolding with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, enhanced by hints of bread crust and yeast thanks to the extended aging in the cellar.

The color is a delightful pale pink, bright and captivating, while on the palate, Contadi Castaldi's Franciacorta Rosè DOCG reveals elegance and persistence, with perfectly balanced acidity and a marked sense of freshness. The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, making each sip extremely pleasant and inviting.

This rosé sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but is versatile enough to accompany delicate dishes based on fish, crustaceans, or white meats, as well as a variety of soft cheeses. The case in which it is presented also makes it a perfect gift for wine enthusiasts or special occasions.

Undoubtedly, Contadi Castaldi's Franciacorta Rosè DOCG is a classy choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition, elegance, and unforgettable taste.
