In the heart of Lombardy, Le Vedute winery has embraced the winemaking tradition of Franciacorta to create a superbly elegant Satèn DOCG. This sparkling wine is made following the traditional method, meticulously aged on yeast for at least 24 months, which helps to create a surprising complexity and a velvety texture that only Franciacorta Satèn can offer.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color which, thanks to the finesse of its bubbles, sets the stage for a tasting experience full of charm. On the nose, Franciacorta Satèn by Le Vedute reveals an elegant bouquet with notes of ripe apple, white peach, and hints of almond, enriched by subtle nuances of brioche and white flowers, typical of long bottle aging.

On the palate, the first impression is the creaminess of the bubbles which blend with a citrusy freshness and a well-balanced savoriness. This is followed by a harmony of flavors that recalls bread crust, apples, and slight toasted notes, culminating in a long and clean finish.

The Franciacorta Satèn DOCG - Le Vedute is ideal for special occasions or as a sophisticated start to a meal. It is perfect paired with delicate appetizers, fish-based dishes, or simply to celebrate the small yet great moments of life. A true gem of Lombard viticulture that exalts with every sip the pure essence of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is produced. Certainly, a must-have for lovers of high-quality sparkling wines.
