The Franciacorta Vintage Collection Saten produced by the prestigious winery Ca' del Bosco is a model of refinement and elegance, representing the quintessence of the Italian classic method. This sparkling wine stands out for its soft and velvety character, typical of the Saten style, which favors the use of only Chardonnay grapes, giving it a soft and enveloping structure.

The production process starts with a rigorous selection of the best Chardonnay grapes, followed by careful and meticulous vinification. The maturation on the yeasts extends for at least 36 months, allowing the development of an aromatic complexity of remarkable intensity. The result is a Franciacorta with a bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights, equipped with an extremely fine and persistent perlage that anticipates the elegance of the sip.

On the nose, delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits emerge, followed by nuances of sweet almond and slight touches of brioche bread. The surprising balance between acidity and palatal softness is expressed with an enchanting freshness that invites another sip. In the mouth, the Franciacorta Saten by Ca' del Bosco shows exemplary creaminess with a long and seductive finish that remains impressed by its cleanliness and refinement.

Served at a temperature of 6-8°C, it is perfect as a high-level aperitif or paired with delicate dishes based on fish and seafood, contributing to a gastronomic experience of great class. Each sip tells the story of a winery that has made quality and innovation its pillars, making the Franciacorta Vintage Collection Saten a symbol of luxury and oenological pleasure.

Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
