Il Friuli DOC Grave Pinot Grigio della cantina La di Motte, prodotto da Botter, è un vino bianco che spicca per la sua freschezza e versatilità. Questo Pinot Grigio, autentica espressione del terroir friulano, si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, arricchito da lievi riflessi verdognoli.

Al naso, il bouquet aromatico è ampio e raffinato. Si distinguono note di frutta a polpa bianca, come la pera e la mela Golden, accompagnate da sentori floreali di acacia e glicine. La complessità olfattiva è ingentilita da una delicata sfumatura minerale, testimonianza del suolo ghiaioso tipico della zona Grave.

In bocca, il vino conferma la sua eleganza e freschezza, offrendo un sapore piacevolmente equilibrato. La buona acidità si integra armoniosamente con una struttura leggera ma persistente. Il finale è pulito e asciutto, con una piacevole nota fruttata che invoglia ad un secondo sorso.
