Pale straw-yellow in color, this Garda DOC Bianco from Lamberti opens with a clean, immediate bouquet: notes of ripe citrus, green apple and white flowers intertwine with a discreet hint of meadow herbs and wet stone. The profile is lean but well defined, with a vibrant freshness that supports the sip without weighing it down; the balance between acidity and softness makes the wine agile and pleasant on first approach, suited to those who seek immediacy and a clean palate.

On the palate it proves sapid and smooth, with a light body and a medium-length finish that invites a second taste. It’s ideal as an everyday table wine: it pairs with seafood appetizers, summer salads and fresh cheeses, but also stands up well to saltier dishes thanks to its freshness. Perfect for aperitif with Mediterranean nibbles, it is best served young and in a not-too-large glass. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its liveliness and drinkability.
