Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
A red that captures the character of Lake Garda with simplicity, it offers an immediate and pleasant aromatic picture: fresh strawberries and cherries intertwine with light floral notes and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The color is bright garnet, the profile elegant but not slim; the acidity is lively and supports the sip without weighing it down, while the tannins remain soft, well integrated and never intrusive. There is a sense of cleanliness and drinkability that invites more than one glass without losing personality.

On the palate it confirms balance and freshness, with a fruity return and a savoriness that prolongs the finish in a pleasant way. It pairs well at the table: cured meats, pasta dishes with red sauces that are not too structured, white meats and semi-aged cheeses become natural companions; ideal served slightly chilled to enhance its brightness and ease of pairing.
