The Gewurztraminer "Les Princes Abbés" in 375ml format by Domaines Schlumberger is a tribute to the Alsatian winemaking tradition, celebrating one of the most emblematic grape varieties of the region. This wine represents the entry into the Domaines Schlumberger range, offering an intense and characteristic Gewurztraminer aromatic experience, packaged in a smaller bottle, perfect for special occasions or for an intimate tasting.

Domaines Schlumberger, a winery with a centuries-old history of producing high-quality Alsatian wines, grows its grapes in vineyards managed with sustainable practices, ensuring respect for the environment and the maximum expression of terroir. “Les Princes Abbés” refers to the religious dignitaries who once ruled much of Alsace, and this wine pays homage to their historic contribution to the region's viticulture.

The vinification of Gewurztraminer "Les Princes Abbés" aims to enhance the natural aromatic characteristics of the vine, with fermentation carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and intensity of the aromas. Despite its accessibility, this wine does not give up the complexity and structure that are the trademark of Schlumberger wines.

At sight, the wine shows an attractive golden yellow color, a prelude to the aromatic richness that will unfold. On the nose, the Gewurztraminer "Les Princes Abbés" offers an exuberant bouquet of exotic fruits, such as litchi and pineapple, rose petals and oriental spices, which blend into a seductive and inviting aromatic profile.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with a medium structure that makes it pleasantly drinkable. The flavors recall the olfactory notes, adding a dimension of honey and a delicate minerality in the finish, which gives the wine a surprising cleanliness and persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Gewurztraminer "Les Princes Abbés" pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine, curry dishes, foie gras and aromatic cheeses. Its versatility also makes it suitable for desserts that are not too sweet, where its liveliness and aromatic richness can shine.

Through the Gewurztraminer "Les Princes Abbés", Domaines Schlumberger offers a fascinating and accessible introduction to the world of Alsatian wines, demonstrating that even in a smaller format, quality and expression of terroir are never compromised.
