The Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC "Turmhof" from Tiefenbrunner is an aromatic white wine that highlights the typical olfactory character of the variety. On the nose it shows scents of white flowers, rose petals and fruity notes of lychee and ripe citrus, accompanied by a mild spicy hint. On the palate it offers an enveloping texture, medium body, a soft sensation and balanced acidity that supports the sip without weighing it down. The finish leans toward pleasant fruity recalls and a floral return, with discreet persistence.

It is a wine suited to be enjoyed young, to capture its freshness and primary aromatic nuances. It pairs with flavorful fish dishes, shellfish, mildly spiced Asian cuisine and soft cheeses; it can also work as a wine for contemplation for those who appreciate aromas. Serve at around 10–12 °C and decant briefly only if one wishes to soften the most intense notes.
