The Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles - Famille Hugel represents an excellence of Alsace, one of the most renowned wine regions for this aromatic grape variety. Produced exclusively with grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea, the "noble rot," this wine maximizes its aromatic potential and natural sweetness, achieving a rare elegance and complexity. The production area, characterized by limestone and marl-clay soils, gives the wine a surprising balance despite the sugar intensity.

On the nose, it opens with intense notes of rose, lychee, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of honey and oriental spices. On the palate, it shows an enveloping sweetness, balanced by a vibrant acidity that ensures freshness and persistence. The aging takes place in wooden barrels, which provide a slight tannic softness without overpowering the natural aromaticity.

Ideal as a meditation wine or paired with foie gras, blue cheeses, or spicy dishes from Asian cuisine, the Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles - Famille Hugel expresses all the magic of the Alsatian terroir and the artisanal mastery of a historic wine family.

A rich, refined sensory experience deeply connected to a unique territory in the heart of Europe.
