On the palate it shows a good harmony between structure and finesse: the alcoholic element is well integrated, the palate weight moderate, and the length medium-long. It is well suited to classic cocktails — where its citrus verve and spices make a difference — as well as to more modern preparations; also excellent neat or with one ice cube to appreciate its straightforwardness. Serve chilled and choose quality tonics to enhance its aromas.
