Beefeater London Garden is the latest creation by master distiller Desmond Payne, who takes inspiration from the London Chelsea Physic Garden, where the founder of the distillery, James Burrough, used to walk.
At the end of countless experiments and garden visits, additions to the classic botanicals of the London Dry Gin Beefeater have been made, thyme and lemon Verbena give leafy and herbaceous notes that create its unrepeatable aroma.
At sight it has a crystalline color. On the nose the scent is intense, with clear aromatic hints of juniper, fresh hints of citrus, and hints of celery and wild herbs. On the palate the flavor is very spicy and recalls the same scents perceived on the nose, it is fresh and thirst-quenching, and of great softness.
It is ideal in the preparation of exclusive cocktails.
