Produced in the expert Scotland of distillates, Jinzu combines the classic taste of Gin with Japanese botanical aromas, in a special mix of cherry blossoms and saké (the typical distillate of Japan), in an enveloping mixture, which recalls both English elegance that eastern inner peace.
The result is surprising, an explosion of aromas that will certainly satisfy your senses, with unexpected aromatic tastes, and will excite you sip after sip.
It is transparent and crystalline, the nose expresses clear aromas of juniper and lychee, together with intense floral scents reminiscent of rose and jasmine, with light vegetal scents.
The taste is decidedly soft and perfectly structured, with references of tea leaves and flowers, warm and enveloping, reminiscent of sake, towards a very long and very persistent finish of smoky tones.
