Distillation
Varies by product: for example Field Gin is triple-distilled from 100% corn; Bilberry Black Hearts is double-distilled from 100% organic wheat; Featherbone Bourbon uses typical bourbon distillation and is assembled/blended for batch profile.
Ageing
For barrel-aged labels, maturation in casks is employed: Bilberry Black Hearts is matured in new American white oak for about 6–12 months; the whiskies are aged in wood casks following bourbon style.
