On the nose, peppery notes immediately assert themselves, supported by fresh citrus and light aromatic herbs. It is a gin with a clear character and an olfactory purity that leaves room for a bright sip; the spice doesn't overpower but guides the tasting, giving energy and a pleasant contrast to the fresh component. The balance is centered on freshness, which tempers the pronounced peppery imprint.

On the palate it shows a slim body, almost no tannin and a warm, persistent finish, where the pepper mellows into a slightly bitter close. It lends itself very well to a dry gin and tonic with a citrus peel or to more structured cocktails that require a defined spicy note; it is also interesting with gastronomic pairings such as white meat dishes or spiced preparations. Smooth in its progression, it maintains good aromatic persistence without weighing down the palate; a fresh grind of pepper at service can enhance its character. Serve chilled, preferably with ingredients that highlight its liveliness.
