The Valdobbiadene DOCG Spumante Dry - Superiore di Cartizze produced by La Tordera is an exemplary expression of the unique terroir of Cartizze, a very prestigious sub-zone of the Prosecco region, located in the hills of Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine stands out for its refined balance between sweetness and vibrant acidity, embracing the palate with a delicate and persistent mousse.

The production of this sparkling wine follows strict quality standards, starting with the manual selection of Glera grapes, harvested in the vineyards located on the steep hills of Cartizze. The winemaking process follows the Charmat method, which preserves the aromatic intensity and freshness of the grapes.

Visually, the Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze displays a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is complex and seductive, with notes of ripe pear, green apple, and floral nuances of wisteria and rose, enriched by a slight hint of sweet almond.

On the palate, the harmony between sweetness and acidity is impeccable, with fresh fruit taking center stage, accompanied by an elegant creaminess that invites a second sip. The finish is long and pleasantly aromatic, leaving traces of fruitiness and a slight mineral note typical of the Cartizze territory.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatility makes it excellent also to pair with light dishes, seafood, and delicate desserts. A bottle of Valdobbiadene DOCG Spumante Dry - Superiore di Cartizze from La Tordera represents not only enological excellence but also a true piece of Italian viticultural history. The sustainable approach adopted by La Tordera ensures respect for the environment and the continuity of quality and tradition.
