Gran Mare Orange di Cevico tells a Mediterranean, luminous story, with an aromatic profile focused on candied citrus peels, dried flowers and a hint of acacia honey. On the nose there are also light herbal notes and a touch of sweet spice that never becomes intrusive; the overall impression is of measured complexity and a freshness that supports the sip without weighing it down. The wine appears aimed at those who seek character without sacrificing balance.

On the palate the texture is saline and slightly tannic, with medium body and a structure that holds up to a range of pairings. The finish leaves an almondy note and a pleasant citrus persistence that invites a second sip. Excellent served not too cold, it pairs with seafood dishes that are not overly structured, spiced vegetable and rice preparations, or with hard cheeses; it also works well as a wine for conversation.
