The distillation process uses only selected pomace, derived from the best grapes. This pomace is distilled right after fermentation to preserve all the characteristic scents and aromas of the grape. Additionally, Grappa Alex is aged in wooden barrels, which give it a light amber color and enrich its aromatic profile with delicate notes of vanilla and light spices.
On the nose, this grappa opens with clear hints of fresh fruit and touches of almond, evolving towards warmer and more enveloping tones of wood and caramel. On the palate, the entry is smooth, with a texture that perfectly balances the freshness of the fruit with the warm complexity provided by the wood. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasantly harmonious aftertaste that invites another sip.
In addition to being a superb after-meal drink, Grappa Alex can be used to create sophisticated cocktails or served alongside dark chocolate or aged cheeses, to enhance its versatile qualities. This distillate is not just a product to enjoy, but a sensory experience to discover and share.

Distillation
