The Grappa Barolo Vigna La Rosa of Fontanafredda is born in the heart of the Langhe, a terroir famous for its excellent vineyards. Obtained exclusively from selected Nebbiolo pomace, the principal grape of Barolo, this grappa expresses all the intensity and elegance of the Piedmontese territory. The aging takes place in oak barrels that impart softness and complexity, giving sweet notes of vanilla, delicate spices, and a pleasant aromatic persistence.

On the nose, it opens with refined aromas of dried fruit and withered flowers, while on the palate it reveals itself as enveloping, balanced, and warm, with a long finish that invites another sip. Perfect to accompany moments of meditation or after a meal, it pairs excellently with both quality dark chocolate and hazelnut-based sweets, typical of the Piedmontese tradition.

A distillate that carries the essence of one of Italy’s most prestigious wine regions, enhancing the soul of Nebbiolo in liquid form.
